Shelson Lim is Fund Manager of SC GCC Real Estate Industrial Development Fund (GRID), SC Capital Partners’ first industrial development fund in the Middle East. Additionally, he plays an active role in the firm’s investment and asset management activities across the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Lim is responsible for transactions, asset management and fund operations across GRID and the firm’s various strategies in Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Mr. Lim spent three years in Deloitte Real Estate (London) as Senior Associate, responsible for providing real estate development consultancy as well as valuation advisory services for institutional clients.
Mr. Lim received his Master of Science in International Real Estate & Planning from the University of London and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from King’s College of London.
