Our flagship opportunistic fund series, Real Estate Capital Asia Partners (“RECAP”), invests across the Asia-Pacific region. RECAP focuses on value creation through refurbishing, repositioning, developing, and operating real estate assets and providing funding solutions where market inefficiencies and strong macroeconomic fundamentals yield attractive opportunities.

SCORE+ invests primarily in core-plus real estate across six gateway markets in the Asia Pacific region, being Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore and South Korea. The fund seeks to offer investors stable and resilient income growth as well as long-term capital appreciation, through active asset management and repositioning.
