James Calanchini is the Fund Manager of SCORE+, SC Capital Partners’ pan-Asia core-plus fund. Based in Singapore, he oversees transactions, asset management, and overall fund operations.
Mr. Calanchini joined SC Capital Partners in 2022 with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining the firm, he spent several years with Lendlease in Sydney as an Investment Manager, where he managed a diverse portfolio of office assets across unlisted funds and mandate clients. Earlier in his career, he held roles spanning development, portfolio management, valuations, transactions, and real estate research, including positions at Dexus Property Group in Sydney, CBRE in Melbourne, and Avignon Capital in London.
Mr. Calanchini holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Property) from RMIT University in Melbourne and an Australian (NSW) Real Estate Licence.
