Yonghui Dong is an Executive Director in the investment and asset management team. Based in Tokyo, she is involved in the acquisition, value enhancement, and realization activities for the firm’s diverse strategies across the Asia Pacific region.
Before joining SC Capital Partners, Ms. Dong was a Senior Director at Fosun Group, where she was responsible for real estate investments and portfolio management in Japan. During her time there, she led and executed investments across hospitality, office, logistics assets and was actively involved in asset disposals and refinancing initiatives. Earlier in her career, Ms. Dong held roles at Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank in Tokyo.
Ms. Dong holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Journalism from Tsinghua University.
